  • Settlement of utility costs, including calculation and reimbursement to tenants and transfer of payments to regulators.

  • These regulations are checked, reminded and possibly sued in court.

  • Reporting on the financial status of the managed property to the owner by June 30th of the following year.

  • The owner's consent is required for any action that goes beyond the scope of ongoing management activities or is necessary in the event of an imminent threat.

Property management for homeowners

Our owner servicements consist of:

  • The monthlyAdvance payments are calculated and proposed on the basis of the annual business planed out how and when the funds for the property will be spent. Financing subject to verification by the responsible regulators.
